What follows is a list of resources I share with my students at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Posting them here is an an effort to make this list available beyond the bounds of the Canvas sites my students have access to. Please make use of these, share freely, and take care of yourself and others 💜

Student Support Resources
College is challenging. On top of the demands of coursework and professionalization, students regularly face challenges that include mental health concerns, housing and food instability, interpersonal conflicts, and health emergencies. There are a number of resources at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign that can help you with these challenges. For example, the Counseling Center helps students cope with difficult emotions and life stressors, including depression. Technology Services supports students through technological challenges. For most issues, the Student Assistance Center (SAC) in the Office of the Dean of Students (ODOS) will be the best place for you to seek support and referrals to campus and/or community resources. You can reach out to the Dean on Duty to talk to someone or make a referral if you are worried about a classmate.
